Yoga – Hatha
Hatha yoga emphasizes physical exercises for relaxation, body flexibility,
strength and personal concentration.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and two cushions or rolled up towels.
A Restorative Yoga class is offered at 6:00pm.
A Vinyasa Yoga class is offered on Mondays at 7:00pm.
