Strength Training (ST1)
Be the best that you can be! Strength Training helps to build muscle strength, improve cardio fitness and reduce the risk of osteoporosis through weight bearing exercises. These classes provide a supportive and welcoming environment and are suitable for most ages and abilities.
This is the Monday evening class. Other classes are offered on Tuesday morning and Thursday evening.
Please bring a towel and water bottle.
Come to more than one class per week and receive a multi-class discount. When paying online, please enrol and pay for each class you wish to attend – we will arrange your discount once your bookings are complete.
