What’s it all about?
Entertaining is something many of us think is easier said than done, and factoring in the dietary constraints can add an extra challenge when preparing food for guests. But it doesn’t have to be that hard!
Following on from (but not reliant on) the whole food masterclasses, in this workshop you will learn to make delicious canapes that can satisfy a number of dietary restrictions.
What will we do?
In this cooking class local chef, Melissa Strachan, will present three canapes. Each recipe will cater to a gluten free, dairy free or vegetarian diet. Participants make these tasty treats and, at the conclusion of the workshop, are able to taste the final products.
Apart from sharing some delicious recipes, Mellissa will give tips and tricks during the workshop that will help even inexperienced cooks gain confidence in the kitchen.
